Welcome to Devine Posters. These terms apply when you visit devineposters.com or buy from us. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who we are

Devine Posters ("we", "us") is a New Zealand business that sells minimal album posters, as printed posters and as digital downloads.

Our products

Printed posters are made to order. Product photos and mockups are a guide. Colours can look different on screen and in print, and sizes are shown on each product page.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you confirm that the details you give us are correct and that you're allowed to use the payment method. Payment is taken at checkout by secure payment providers, and we never see or store your full card details. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing mistake or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order, we'll refund you in full.

Prices and currency

Our prices are set in New Zealand dollars. In other countries, prices are shown in your local currency, converted at the exchange rate we use at the time and rounded. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Returns and refunds

Our Returns & Refund policy explains what we can and can't refund. Posters are printed to order, so we only offer refunds or replacements for damaged products.

Digital downloads

When you buy a digital download, you get a personal, non-commercial licence to download it and print it for your own use. You may not resell, share, upload, redistribute, or print it to sell or for any commercial use.

Artwork, names and trademarks

Our posters feature album artwork, artist names and titles that belong to their respective owners. We're an independent shop and we aren't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any artist, label or rights holder. If you believe something on our site uses your work without permission, please tell us on our Report infringement page.

Our designs and website

The poster layouts, designs, text and look of this website belong to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

Reviews and messages you send us

If you send us a review or photo, you let us show it on our website and in our marketing. You confirm it's yours and that it's honest. We may edit or remove anything we choose not to publish.

Using the website

Please use our website lawfully and fairly. Don't try to break, overload or misuse it, or use it to harm others.

Our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
